The plot outline is taken from satellite imagery and tied to the villages of Uryupinka, Amangeldy and Akkunchuk. Feed is grown on the same land: bought-in rations mean somebody else's cost base and somebody else's quality.
Six units, one chain
None of it is contracted out. That is why the origin of a lot never gets lost between other people's companies.

4 000 cattle on sale at one time
Steam flaking whole grain lifts available feed energy by 18-27%, feed conversion by 10%, and cuts intake per head by 11%.
None of this is our invention. The steam flaking mill, open-pen layout and low stress cattle handling come from Australian and North American feedlots, where they have been in use for decades.
Cattle handling equipment comes from Thompson Longhorn, centre-pivot irrigation from Western, construction is run by COGEMAT. Overall project development was done by Adamand Enterprises.
Every lot comes with paper
An ear tag on feed, a lot number at slaughter, a line on the waybill. A buyer in China or the Gulf opens the record by QR and sees exactly what the inspector sees.
- One number across the whole chain, from entry to the feedlot to shipment.
- Documents are attached to the lot, not emailed on request.
- Verification without a middleman: the code on the pack leads to the live record.
